Rhonda Rauch Miller

Rhonda is a Los Angeles native, who is a managing member of Effective Divorce Mediation LLC. Rhonda completed her Mediation Training through Coast2Coast Mediation, and Advanced Training with Woody Mosten, mediation’s leading authority and pioneer, at Pepperdine University (also known as Strauss Center for Dispute Resolution).

Rhonda has been mediating for over 25 years in the area of family law and believes in helping couples resolve their family law disputes outside of the Courtroom, which saves the parties money, time and helps them keep control of their lives. Rhonda understands the importance of child custody issues, and how each party needs to be heard in order to effectively mediate cases.

Rhonda has been the Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Co- Chair of the San Fernando Valley Bar Voluntary Mediation program for the San Fernando Valley Superior Court Family Law Departments, a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Courts, and Court- appointed neutral. Rhonda is currently a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association and the Southern California Mediation Association.

In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, travel and listening to all kinds of music!

Lori Stockton Parker

Lori is a long-time Santa Clarita resident and managing member of Effective Divorce Mediation LLC. Lori earned her Certified Paralegal degree from UCLA and has worked in the family law arena for over 25 years. Lori has assisted in mediating a multitude of cases to fruitful conclusions. Lori received her Mediation Training Certificate in Family Law/Divorce from Northwestern University and is a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS), having successfully completed her training from the National Association of Divorce Professionals.  Lori is also a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association and the Southern California Mediation Association.

Lori is a detail-oriented, knowledgeable mediator. She listens carefully to the parties and is an active solution seeker. Though divorce can be difficult, Lori strives to make the process as smooth and manageable as possible. Lori has experience in both civil and criminal law, which enables her to identify any crossover issues.

Lori is a wife, mom, step-mom and has gone through a divorce herself; therefore, she is able to empathize with parties during every step of the divorce process, bringing a wealth of personal knowledge to the mediation table.

When she is not mediating, Lori enjoys travel, cooking, needlepointing and keeping up on her Kindle books!
